1. What size do I need?

Please refer to our Shapes and Sizing guide to find your perfect sizing. if you are still unsure of not comfortable with taking your measurements, you can order a sizing kit

2. I have bought a set from you in a certain shape previously, will my sizes be the same in a different shape?

Yes! Our sizing is the same across all shapes so if you have purchased from us previously and know your sizing in one shape, you can order the same sizes in another shape and they will fit perfectly. 

3. How do I apply or remove the nails?

All sets are sent with a card giving application and removal instructions. But just in case you have lost this:

Application: 

  1. Ensure hands are clean and dry.
  2. Remove any polish on natural nails. 
  3. File natural nails to an even length with the nail file provided. 
  4. Gently push back cuticles with the cuticle pusher provided and use the nail buffer provided to buff the natural nail surface. (This is a very important step as your press-ons may pop off if the nail surface is not prepped correctly)
  5. Wipe nails with alcohol pad provided/nail polish remover. (Optional: Use a primer or nail dehydrator before applying adhesive for longer wear) 
  6. Apply false nail to natural nail with adhesive of choice: 
Nail Glue (1-3 week wear) - Apply nail glue to entire natural nail and press false nail onto the natural nail. Hold firmly in place for 20 seconds. 
Nail Adhesive tabs (1-3 day wear) - Apply nail adhesive tab to underside of false nail and press firmly in place. Peel off backing of applied nail tab and apply false nail to natural nail. Press firmly in place. 

Removal:

  1. Soak nails in warm soapy water for 5-10 minutes. 
  2. Use cuticle pusher provided to ease under the edge of the nail and gently prise the false nail off. If the press-ons are not coming away easily, continue to soak your hands in warm water for a few more minutes. 
  3. Use the nail buffer provided to remove any left over glue from your natural nail.
  4. Wash hands and apply cuticle oil or moisturiser. 

4. Are the nails re-usable?

Yes! This is one of the advantages of press-on nails. With proper care, they can be re-used many times. 

5. I have ordered my nails, how long will it take to receive them?

Please see the below shipping timescales. Please note all sets are handmade to order and as such there will also be a creation time to take into consideration. 

Our creation time is currently 1-4 days.
